Elham Valley Football Club

Elham Valley Football Club was formed by Husband-and-Wife Daniel and Emma Hawkes back in the summer of 2022. We had a vision to bring football to the village. We have started with a Men’s side who are playing in The Canterbury and District League with the aim to add other age groups for the start of the new season. The Men’s side are built of a great balance of both youth and experience with some of the players previously playing at a very good standard that paired with a Fantastic proven manager In Dave Harding the future is very bright.

The 2025/26 season has been nothing short of sensational for Elham Valley Football Club.

The club completed the first domestic treble in the history of the Ashford District League which has been going for over 102 years.

The club won the Ashford Premiership, the league cup and the all divisional cup. This is the clubs 7th trophy in our first four years. The success of the current team is the foundation for the future with the aim to have a youth set up and veterans football all playing from the village.

Sport for young people is lacking. Currently parents are having to take their children to clubs across Folkestone, Whitstable and Hawkinge. The Football club is working hard behind the scenes, hopefully forging links with other village groups in the forthcoming season to achieve the clubs goals.

We are working to improving the grounds facilities. The palmer pavilion will be a fantastic addition to the village and will bring the community closer together and offer a place of sport, a place to create friendships and to bring people together teaching teamwork and communication through sport.

We hope 2026/27 will be another successful year and would like to thank all of our local businesses who help support the club with sponsorship and the fantastic supporters from Elham who come and support the club weekly.
